Opening the options menu while in the shop will make you unable to leave the shop GUI.
"Stomps Down" and "Stomps Up" subtitles for the ladder are inverted.
Jake says to "Put your money on the thing by my left", he should say "by my right".
Mattweh can get stuck in a loop of climbing down or up, since I doubt he is any useful in the yard, I could suggest to remove the A.I. path.
Characters can get stuck in the blast door for some time.
